CrucialOur May fund continues to limp along. Which is a pity, since once the summer holiday period comes along donations inevitably start to dry up. That is why it is essential that we more than meet our full £400 target, in case we encounter those anticipated shortfalls over July and August. As usual those regular stalwarts DG, TR, and ET have not forgotten us - between them they have sent in £65. But that is the sum total for this week, leaving our fund lagging at £140 with less than two weeks to go. With the crucial challenges facing the left in this period it is essential that the Weekly Worker is up to the task. Comrades, don't let us down. Robbie Rix |
