Do the right thingOur June fund has not got off to a very auspicious start - just £45 has come in during the first week. No doubt many comrades are girding their loins in preparation for the intense two-month period of fundraising - our annual Summer Offensive, which is now underway (see 'Summer Offensive' article). But the Weekly Worker must still be produced, week after week. We cannot wait for two months to pay our bills. Perhaps I might suggest that those readers who have not yet got round to contributing to our fighting fund, but have always thought about doing so, might now like to do the necessary? New donors would be more than welcome - particularly right now! Thanks this week to GP (£15), AC (£10), RT (£10) and CF (£5).
