Well earned breakOur July fund ended disappointingly, well short of our £400 target. The final few days produced an extra £55, taking the total to £336. Nevertheless, special thanks must go to two comrades who made sure we were on their list of priorities - AP and CF, who both sent us a last-minute £20. Thanks also to PC (£10) and JJ, whose £5, although apologetically offered, was most welcome. Our July shortfall comes at a particularly bad time, as we are now entering our August break - your next Weekly Worker will appear on August 24. This means, inevitably, our fund will be hit too. So, comrades, as you too perhaps take a well earned break, please don't forget your paper.
