Paying dividendsMy faith in Weekly Worker readers has been rewarded. I knew you would pull off another success and achieve our monthly target of £400 in full. And that is what you did. A healthy number of last-minute donations has taken our final total for November to £415. Special thanks to RW for his £41 gift, and thanks also to an old friend, TR, for sending us £20 - an amount matched by a first-time donor, EG. We also got £10 cheques from comrades JL and ST, along with a £15 postal order from IP. Thank you all. Not only have we matched our target for this year so far; we also fell only just short in our special spring appeal. The computer upgrade we were able to perform as a result is now starting to pay dividends. While there are teething problems, hopefully readers will notice an ongoing improvement in all-round quality, enabling us to advance the cause of working class unity all the better.
