Mystery woman

After the encouraging start to the month, contributions to our July fund seem to have dropped off quite sharply. Just £55 came in over the last seven days, which leaves our total at £327 with less than a week to meet our £450 target.

Perhaps comrades have been too busy, have spent their cash on the trip to Genoa or are already in holiday mode. Whatever the reason, we now urgently require £123 at the very least by Wednesday August 1. If possible, in view of the shortfall earlier in the year and the traditionally poor month of August, I would urge comrades to do all in their power to rush in whatever they can afford. The Weekly Worker needs the full £450 each and every month.

Thanks this week to GO (£20), JD, MD and RE (£10 each), and to a mystery woman in green for the fiver handed to a Weekly Worker seller.
