High note

Good news as we go into our annual two-week break. Our readers have ensured that we end July on a high note, surpassing our £450 monthly target.

Thanks to all comrades who contributed to the excellent £160 received during the last seven days, taking our total to £487. Special mention must go to comrade DO for his £40 donation, not forgetting IG (£20), LM (£15), AP, JD and DC (£10 each), together with several smaller, but very welcome contributions.

Let’s hope that when the Weekly Worker hits the streets again on August 23 we’ll be able to report a healthy number of cheques for next month’s fund. We need to ensure that we do not fall behind in the slack holiday period. Hope to hear from you!.
